Utah County Warming Centers

The warming centers in Utah County will be open from November 17th through March 2nd and is located at the Red Building, 2615 S State St. Provo.  We are open from 8 PM-8 AM nightly, with check-in between 8 PM and 11 PM.

Rules for the warming center:

Code of Conduct / Behavioral Expectations
· Respect all guests, staff, and volunteers.
· Follow all staff instructions promptly.
· Use respectful language. Hate speech, slurs, or threats are not tolerated.
· Do not touch or disturb other guests’ belongings or sleeping areas.
· Maintain cleanliness in all shared areas. Clean up after yourself.
· Noise levels must be kept low, especially during quiet and sleep hours.
· No filming, photography, or audio recording without consent.


Zero Tolerance Policies
· No violence or threats of violence.
· No possession or use of weapons on site.
· No possession, use, or distribution of drugs or alcohol on the premises.
· No theft or destruction of property.
· No sexual harassment, inappropriate contact, or solicitation.
· Failure to comply may result in immediate removal and/or law enforcement involvement
