What We DoThe Mountainland Continuum of Care is a coalition of agencies in Utah, Wasatch, and Summit counties committed to ending homeless in our community. We meet throughout the month to come up with solutions to find housing options for low-income and very low-income families in our community.
As a continuum, we coordinate our efforts and pool our resources to better serve our communities and end homelessness. We strive to support individuals and families along the entire continuum of care, from finding shelter to affordable home ownership. |
